After booking, your event will be assigned to one of our coordinators. They'll contact you the week before your event to discuss design details. If you've booked a full planning package, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Note, if you did not book full planning that our coordinators will assist you with design and event changes but are not event planners. You must book vendors on your own. If you have booked other vendors, please inform your coordinator so they can coordinate logistics.
If you have questions or need changes, contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to help you with any questions or changes needed until your coordinator reaches out.
